Many households have awoken to no water this morning due to a burst water pipe.
Thames Water engineers are at the scene in Church Road, Hendon, since the early morning (January 26) due to houses in the area reporting low pressure or no water at all.
An update by the supplier read: “Now that we’ve verified it’s a burst pipe, we’ve asked a specialist digging and repair team to attend to expose the damaged section and decide how best to fix it.”
It’s estimated that the water will be back within three hours of repairs starting, but Thames Water has warned that this could take longer.
