A man has been charged with murder after a fatal assault outside a Tube station.
Dragos Carabineanu, 46, was attacked outside Burnt Oak station just before midnight on October 27.
He died from his injuries last week (November 1) at St Mary’s Hospital.
Gabriel Silvera, 19, of Uxbridge Road in Pinner, has now been charged with his murder.
The teenager was arrested earlier this week and will appear in custody at Stratford Magistrates’ Court later today (November 8).
Police said they began investigating an alleged assault in Watling Avenue after Mr Carabineanu was brought into hospital in a critical condition in the early hours of October 28.
A special post-mortem examination is due to take place sometime today.
On November 2, a 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of theft in connection with the police investigation.
He was taken to a north London police station and was later bailed to return on a date in mid-January next year.
A 38-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of theft on November 3.
She was taken to a north London police station and bailed to return on a date in early-February next year.
