Police are still hunting a man who stabbed a teenager in the early hours of Tuesday last week.
The stabbing happened in Glanville Road, Childs Hill, at around 3am. The victim, a 16-year-old boy, was taken to hospital in a stable condition. No arrests have been made.
This week a woman who lives near the scene of the stabbing said the incident "woke the whole block up".
The witness, who did not want to be named, was in bed when she heard an argument outside a tower block and went to her window to see two young men.
"All I heard was one lad say to another you're a bully'," she said.
"I went back to bed because we're used to this kind of thing around here.
"The next thing I know, I heard him shouting help me someone, I've been stabbed'. I went back to the window and could seem him holding his abdomen. But I couldn't see any blood."
Barnet CID is investigating the incident.
