A post office in Potters Bar has fallen foul of the most recent round of proposed closures.
The Little Heath branch, at 53 Church Road, is one of 41 offices marked for closure in South Essex, South Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

A further 207 branches would remain open.
Gary Herbert, Post Office Ltd network development manager for the region, said: "Taking the decision to close any Post Office Branch is always very difficult and we know will cause concern to many of our customers.
"Post Office Ltd's aim is to continue to provide essential services and support retail businesses and the local economy in as many communities as possible, subject to the minimum access criteria set by the Government.
"We believe these proposals offer the best prospect for a sustainable way forward for Post Office services in this area, bearing in mind the minimum access criteria and the other factors to which we have to have regard."
Under the South Essex, South Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area plan proposals, 8.1 per cent of the population will lose their nearest post office branch.
The six-week public consultation period began yesterday. All representations should be received by July 28.
