A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man in Tottenham on Sunday night.

Officers were called at 10.17pm on March 5 to reports of a stabbing on Arnold Road, where a young man was found with serious injuries. He was taken to hospital, but died later that night.

Although yet to be formally identified, he is believed to be 25-year-old Jordan Briscoe. His family continues to be supported by detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command.

At a post-mortem examination earlier this week, his cause of death was confirmed as sharp force trauma to his chest.

The 17-year-old was arrested by officers on March 8 on suspicion of murder and robbery. He remains in custody.
