A car crash in Brent Cross has caused severe delays and traffic chaos this morning (Wednesday, March 8).
The car crashed into a central reservation barrier on the A406 North Circular Eastbound at junction 1 of the M1 at Staples Corner at around 6.30am.
One lane was blocked by the car going onto the flyover as the car lay half up on the barrier, according to AA maps.

AA maps also said the road was down to one lane for over an hour.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "Car collided with a central reservation at around 6.30am and awaits removal."

The force added that there had been no injuries or arrests made this morning.
All lanes have now been reopened following the incident although there are still long delays.
Congestion continues down to the Ikea at Wembley.
