A new Poundland is set to open its doors for shoppers.
The budget store will offer cheaper everyday essentials and other value items once it opens in the Spires Shopping Centre in Barnet this Saturday (January 28).
Located at unit 11 and 12, the 3,372 sq ft store will employ 18 full and part-time staff members.
Poundland director of retail, Darren Kay, said: “We can’t wait to open our doors at the Spires shopping centre and we know from talking to people in North London that shoppers are looking forward to our arrival.
“Our Barnet store will be a cracking example of the breadth of what we can offer in a really convenient location – we’ll be working hard to bring the best of Poundland and just like all our stores, it will offer amazing value to customers looking to beat the economic squeeze.”
