A man’s dead body was found in a park in Colindale.
Police were called to reports of a body found in Montrose Park yesterday (December 22), close to Charcot Road.
Metropolitan Police said officers attended after 12.45pm and a man, believed to be in his late 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Officers are in the process of informing next of kin. The death is being treated as unexpected."
Several police cars were spotted nears the park that’s located between Colindale and Edgware.
A crime scene was in place yesterday and enquiries into the death continue.
