Boris Johnson received 1,043,761 first preference votes
Boris Johnson is London Mayor with 1,043,761 votes, it was announced just before midnight. Ken Livingstone achieved 893,877 votes.
Boris Johnson received 124,977 second preference votes and Ken Livingstone received 135,089.
