Cocaine, cannabis, heroin and a handgun were seized by police last week during a raid in Grahame Park.
Around 30 officers entered two properties on the estate on April 16 after executing warrants obtained under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
The dawn raids on Linklea Close and Cranwell Court were a joint operation by the Colindale Safer Neighbourhood Team and the Met's Territorial Support Group.
A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession with intent to supply, possession of ammunition without a certificate and possession of a handgun.
A police spokesman said: "This was a researched and co-ordinated response to local concerns about drug dealing.
"We take these matters very seriously and this is an example of us arresting individuals who are blighting our society with drugs."
