A construction site manager at a major development has won a top national award.
Sury Patel, who works for Barratt London at its Hendon Waterside scheme, won a Pride in the Job Quality Award from the National House Building Council.
The awards showcase the best site managers in the country who can demonstrate exceptional standards in building new communities, delivering the highest quality homes for their customers.
Joseph Antoniazzi, head of sales for Barratt West London, said: “It’s probably fair to say the job has become more challenging in the past two years but with Sury’s drive for perfection we are incredibly proud of his achievements.
“This award win highlights the consistent delivery of quality at Hendon Waterside.”
Hendon Waterside involves the construction of more than 2,000 homes next to the Welsh Harp reservoir.
