A new care home with 102 apartments has opened its doors.
Signature at Barnet in Wood Street has 24 specialist dementia units, a cinema, hair salon, restaurant, bar and a bowling green.
Dignitaries, businesses and charities were invited to see the facilities at a celebration to mark the opening.
Mayor of Barnet, Cllr Alison Moore, cut the purple ribbon during the event.
Manager Victoria Read said: “We are delighted with so many individuals and groups from the local community attending our launch event, including the Mayor of Barnet and thank them for taking the time out of their undoubtedly busy schedules to join us in launching our Barnet care home, the latest in the Signature family.”
