Motorists using a major road in north London may find their journeys disrupted due to temporary overnight closures at the end of this month.
A notice from Transport for London in this week’s edition of the Barnet Borough Times details its intention to prohibit any vehicle from entering or proceeding on the southbound carriageway of the A41 Hendon Way between its junctions with the on and off slip roads connecting it with the Brent Cross roundabout.
The closure order will be effective from April 25 to April 28 from 10pm to 5am or when the works have been completed, but the restrictions will only be in place at times indicated by traffic signs.
During the closures the diversion for southbound traffic will be via the southbound off slip road of the A41, Brentford Gardens and Hendon Way and then to the normal route of travel.
