A rapper has been charged with four drug offences by the Metropolitan Police.
Courtney Freckleton, who goes by the name 'Nines' in his industry, was arrested following raids in Borehamwood and London.
Nines, 31, was arrested on Thursday June 3 alongside 35-year-old Jason Thompson of Fordham Road, near New Barnet.
The Met says both men have been charged with conspiracy to import class B drugs with intent to evade a restriction between 10 March and 3 July, conspiracy to supply cocaine, conspiracy to supply cannabis and conspiracy to conceal and remove criminal property.
They were due to appear at Willesden Magistrates' Court on Friday.
Nines, from Harlesden in north-west London, was nominated for five awards at last year's MOBOS and he has racked up millions of listens on music streaming platforms since his breakthrough in 2017.
