A teenager has been charged with murder after a man was found dead in a flat.
Diana Cristea, of Barnet was arrested on Tuesday, January 14 and has been accused of murdering 43-year-old Adrian Murphy, who was found dead at his flat on June 4 last year in Battersea.
Cristea, 18, was also charged with one count of poisoning – administering a substance to endanger life or inflict grievous bodily harm, against a 40-year-old man in a separate incident in Walthamstow in May last year.
She is also facing charges of two counts of theft and two counts of fraud by false representation for both incidents.
She will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday, January 15).
Joel Osei, 25, of no fixed abode, was previously arrested on Thursday, October 24 2019 and has been charged with two counts of poisoning, two counts of theft and six counts of fraud by false representation in both cases.
He was also charged with murder on December 5.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at the Old Bailey on February 17.
