Two officers had minor injuries after they were dealing with a man with a knife.
A man, 40, gave two police officers minor injuries as he carried a knife in Cooms Walk, Edgware at 2.25pm on January 2.
Officers attended the scene and tased the man in order to arrest him.
One officer had minor cuts as they tried to detain the man, while another officer was injured by falling to the ground during the incident.
Neither of the police officers whom were injured required any hospital treatment.
The 40-year-old man was detained under the Mental Health Act and taken to hospital for assessment.
Cooms Walk was closed off with more than four police cars spotted at the road as the incident was dealt with.
