A "vulnerable" man with connections to Barnet is missing.

Neil Hamilton, a 73-year-old man who lives in Enfield, was last seen at around 6pm on March 5 at St Thomas' Hospital in Westminster.

He was admitted after feeling unwell but discharged himsel, and police are increasingly concerned for his wellbeing as he may be unable to look after himself.

Mr Hamilton is white, 5ft 5ins with grey, balding hair and a grey bear, and was wearing a blue puffa style jacket and grey hat at the time of his disappearance.
