Masked robbers tied up staff and stole cash in a robbery in Mill Hill.
On November 27 last year, two masked robbers entered Marks and Spencer in Mill Hill and herded staff into the food hall before one robber, armed with a knife, tied them up withe cable ties.
The second robber took a staff member to the tills and forced her to open them so cash could be removed.
They stole £200 from the store then left along The Broadway toward Hale Lane and Bunns Lane.
Metropolitan Police has now released CCTV footage of the incident.
Detective Constable Dan Levy, of Barnet CID, said: "This was a frightening experience for store staff at the scene.
"The suspects put the victims in a brief, but highly threatening situation in order to steal £200.
"It is very important that we identify and apprehend these suspects as quickly as possible and I urge anyone who knows them or has information to come forward."
Anyone with information should call Barnet CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
