The result for the final Potters Bar ward has been announced in the Hertsmere Borough Council elections.
Potters Bar Parkfield has been retained by the Conservatives, with Abhishek Sachdev being elected as the Conservative councillor.
Turnout for the ward was 38.1 per cent.
