The first result is in for the Hertsmere Borough Council elections, for the vote in Potters Bar Furzefield ward.
The seat has been retained by Conservative candidate Martin Worster, with 830 votes.
David Hoy, UKIP, picked up 528 votes with Labour candidate Kaylee Muldoon getting 367 votes.
Susan Oatway, Liberal Democrat, recieved 135 of the votes.
The turnout for this ward was 36.15 per cent.
