The Royal Air Force Museum will host free family fun days this summer.
From the end of July until the beginning of September, the Hendon museum will host activities including arts and crafts and a chance to meet feathered friends.
Families can try their hand at making model aircrafts from July 22 to 28, August 5 to 11 and August 19 to 26.
From July 29 to August 4 there will be a wild bird week with a range of birds including falcons, owls and eagles on display and there will also be a storytelling week from August 12 to 18.
Animals will also be on show during a Land Army week from August 27 to September 1, with the focus on pets the public was encouraged to keep during the Second World War such as chickens and goats for eggs and milk, or ponies who were invaluable for transport.
