Churchgoers carried a large wooden cross through the streets of Hendon representing Christ on the road to Calvary.
Ninety people took part in the Walk of Witness, an annual event organised by Churches Together on Good Friday.
Starting with a prayer by Fr Dominic Byrne at Our Lady of Dolours Church, the procession started in Egerton Gardens and continued along The Burroughs and into Queens Road and Brent Street.
Worshippers stopped to sing hymns outside Hendon Central station and the Post Office in Brent Street before finishing their parade at Hendon Methodist Church, where a service was led by The Rev Shaun Sanders.
