Diabetics in Barnet who have been sent a national survey to find out whether they receive the care, treatment and information they need to manage their diabetes, are being encouraged to complete and return the form so they can get better care in future.
The survey, published by the Healthcare Commission, currently has a response rate of 41 per cent, nearly 20 per cent below the target required for the results to be statistically valid.
Barnet Primary Care Trust (PCT) is therefore urging those who have received the questionnaire to return it as soon as possible.
More information on the survey can be found at www.healthcarecommission.org.uk/PatientSurvey Diabetes2006
