It is good news that Bella Dale is to keep her post as breastfeeding specialist midwife at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals.

According to many mothers, Ms Dale and her team of midwives go beyond the call of duty to encourage new mothers to breastfeed and coach them through any problems they may have. Mothers are constantly being told that breastfeeding gives babies the best start in life by increasing their immunity, so it is to the hospitals' credit that managers listened to feedback from the staff consultation, and residents, to keep Ms Dale's post open.
