SMITH, ARCHIBALD (ARCHIE) THREO WILLIAM for more than thirty years a Councillor in the Hampstead and then Edgware wards of the London Borough of Barnet (and its predecessors) has died at the age of 101 after a short illness. Funeral service, 4.00pm at Hendon Crematorium on Friday 13th January.
