O’CARROLL, Thomas Michael 12th January 1925 to 14th October 2014. Died peacefully at home following a long illness fought with courage and dignity. He was surrounded by his loving family and wife Pat who he had cared for over many years of illness. Beloved husband and loving father to Martin, Michael, David, Celeste and Francis, wonderful and doting Grandfather to Austin, Sasha, Tom, Kayleigh, Helen, Liam, Hannah, David, Victoria, Ben, Emily, Rory, Shay, Rina and great grandchildren Holly, Ryan , Alannah, Jordanna, Olivia, Isabella & Harriet. His wisdom and counsel will be missed, his memory cherished and his presence last forever. Loved always in our hearts. Service to be held at The Sacred Heart Church, Mill Hill Broadway, Mill Hill, NW7 at 10 am on the 24th October and interment at Hendon cemetery at 11.30 am.
