THOMPSON, Philip Passed away peacefully in hospital on Monday 2nd December 2013, aged 30 years, after a short illness. Philip will be sadly missed by his parents, Lucie and John, by his brother, Martin and by all his family and friends. Service to be held at St Marylebone Crematorium, East End Road, N2 0RZ, at 12 noon on Monday 16th December. No flowers, but donations, if desired, to Mind or Red Cross, can be made on the day or sent via Kelly & Co, 4 Hendon Lane, Finchley, London N3 1TR
