FROMANT, Frances Peacefully at her home on September 28th 2013 aged 83 years. Loving wife of the late William Fromant (Bill) and dearly loved mum and nanny. Service to be held on Tuesday October 15th at Christ Church, Cockfosters at 2.30pm followed by a private cremation.
