MACKIE, John Henry 'Jack' Formerly of Potters Bar, passed away on 18 May 2013 aged 90 years. Dearly loved and sadly missed by his wife Doris, son Robert, his grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 4 June 2013 at West Herts Crematorium Watford at 11.20am.
