PERKINS, John Leslie 2nd May 1940 - 24th October 2012 It is with great sadness that the Perkins family announces the passing of their beloved husband and dad. Funeral to take place on Thursday 8th November at Our Lady & St Josephs R C Church , N14AN at 12 midday. Followed by commital at Islington Crematorium, N2 9AG at 2pm. Family flowers only.Donations to British Heart Foundation or PDSA if desired. May he rest in peace
