Hot Mikado, Impact Theatre Company’s latest musical comedy, is an updated production of the famous Gilbert and Sullivan light opera.
This 1940s-style, all-singing, all-dancing musical features a high-energy mix of blues, swing, gospel and jive, and includes cast members from across north London.
The production, taking place at artsdepot next week in support of the Alzheimer’s Society. The show’s producer, Amanda Noar, says: “Since the company began, we have raised more than £120,000 for various charities, but this charity means so much to me, as my dad had the disease.”
