Seething with destructive ambition, fate, deception and treachery, Harrow Arts Centre supported by the Royal Shakespeare Company and English Touring Theatre, presents a modern reworking of Shakespeare’s great, bloody tragedy Macbeth.
The production's co-directors are Suba Das who has worked with the National Theatre, English Touring Theatre, Theatre Royal Stratford East and Traverse Theatre and Rae McKen who has worked with Theatre Royal Stratford East, the RSC, Royal Court and The Young Vic.
Following the classical text, six performers create a dynamic show that reflects the cultural diversity of 21st Century Britain, which has been developed through a year-long process of workshops and outreach projects within the community.
Macbeth is at Harrow Arts Centre, Uxbridge Road, Hatch End from March 8 to 12 and 15 to 16 at 7.30pm. Matinees March 10, 15 and 16 at 1pm Details: 020 8416 8989
