At the beginning of February, members of the North Finchley Rock Chorus gathered outside Spitalfields Market in the East End to perform and record a jingle about the merits of saving in an ISA account for a financial programme for ITV1.
As well as the three-part harmony, a cappella jingle, which was written by the group’s musical director Lauren Field, the group also recorded short bursts of song to be interspersed throughout The Martin Lewis Money Show’s explanations about ISAs.
- The chorus will be on The Martin Lewis Money Show on Thursday, March 28 at 8.30pm and on Friday, April 5 at 8pm. Details: www.rockchorus.com
