The Art of Dining and the National Trust are coming together for an amazing pop-up dining experience at Fenton House and Gardens.
A Night with the Mistress combines exceptional design, food and entertainment themed around edible gardens, decadence and naughty behaviour.
Guests will be welcomed to Fenton House, a beguiling National Trust property in Hampstead, with a drink and an optional tour of its treasures before being led to a secluded area of the picturesque gardens.
The mistress of King William IV, Dora Jordan, whose portraits adorn Fenton House, will serenade guests with songs from her latest stage role.
The five-course meal is inspired by the gardens at the house – expect an edible flower salad, rabbit, Vietnamese-style pond water and crispy frog. This will be an unforgettably extravagant garden party.
- Fenton House and Gardens, Hampstead Grove, Hampstead until Sunday, June 21 from 7pm till 11pm. Details: theartofdining.co.uk
