Young Barnet midfielder Fumnaya Shomotun has joined Isthmian Premier Division side Staines Town on loan for a month.
The 19-year-old impressed in pre-season, with Allen describing the teenager as "my new Luisma", and has been an unused substitute in League Two on four occasions.
And only recently Allen suggested some of the club's younger players could be involved more going forward after Justin Nwogu was handed his debut from the bench against York City.
However, Shomotun has yet to make a first team appearance this season and has today moved away from The Hive in order to gain experience of men's football.
He scored against the Swans in the Bees' Middlesex Senior Cup defeat at Wheatsheaf Park earlier this month.
Staines Town are 17th in the Isthmian Premier Division and host Tonbridge Angels on Tuesday night.
