Edgar Davids hopes Ibra Sekajja will become “an important player” for Barnet after the Crystal Palace loanee impressed in the Bees 2-0 win over Rotherham United.
The 20-year-old joined Barnet on a one-month loan deal from the Eagles last week and was handed his debut against the Millers.
He started on the right side of an attacking trio and caused the Millers defence several problems throughout the contest.
Bees head coach Davids said: “I expect that he is going to be a great asset for the team. I hope he develops himself in the line that I think he can and he can become an important player for Barnet.”
