SHELTERED housing tenants and councillors have until Tuesday to wait for the High Court judgement on warden cuts.
Residents of schemes in Barnet and Portsmouth brought a claim in the High Court last week.
The claim focussed on an alleged breach of the Disability Discrimination Act Sitting as the Deputy High Court Judge, His Honour Judge Milwyn Jarman QC originally expected to come to a decision today.
But he has now said he plans to hand down the judgement on Tuesday morning.
The claim is being seen as a test case which could have far reaching effects on the way all local authorities in England make decisions of this kind.
The Times Series will publish the results as soon as they are known.
