The fire occurred on the Watford Way/Great North Way
A car fire is causing heavy traffic on a road.
The fire this morning resulted in two lanes being shut down on the A1 Great North Way at Henly’s Corner in Finchley, Barnet.
Traffic is being diverted onto the North Circular Westbound by police.
One lane was reopened around 6.35 while lanes two and three on the A406 eastbound are still closed.
Emergency crews are on scene to deal with the fire.
